With the addition of the live chat capability, the platform becomes much more dynamic, allowing agents to choose which leads they would like to engage directly and which leads they would like the automated agent to engage.

SmartAgent® continues to work even when a live operator is engaged in a chat conversation. Not only is SmartAgent® still interacting with your other customers, but it is also analyzing your conversation and providing suggested responses. Quickly and easily insert these SmartResponses into your conversation to greatly increase the number of conversations one live operator can handle at a time.

With UpSellit's Hybrid Chat you can login to monitor your site traffic in real time. At a glance you can see everyone currently on your site including which page they are on and how long they have been there. By selecting a site visitor, you can expand your view and see detailed information about their visit.

While SmartAgent® typically engages customers automatically based on their site behavior, Hybrid Chat allows live operators to hand-select visitors for chat conversations. Live operators can choose to either send a personal chat invitation, or to immediately initiate a chat conversation.
