Inside Sales Associate

USI Inc. is looking to hire an Inside Sales Associate with the following experience:

• Min of 2 years of online media ad a sales with a focus on performance based marketing. (CPA, Lead Gen, Co-Reg, Affiliate Networks etc…)
• Superior phone skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing a client base.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Understanding of the Internet.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Your job would be to market the company's online chat technology solutions to online e-tailors. It's a professional work environment and you'd work in conjunction with the sales team and the business development team to achieve the desired goals. The vast majority of your sales efforts would be telephone based. The ideal candidate would be able to:

• Find new business and develop it
• Be well spoken with good written communication skills
• Be self-motivated; maintain high level of focus and enthusiasm
• Work independently in a fast-paced team environment
• Acquire new advertisers to use USI’s chat technologies. Primary method of acquisition will be outbound phone, e-mail contact and direct outside contact.
• Manage inbound leads from small advertisers
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, demonstrating focused sales efforts, understanding of the USI’s business model, and an understanding of the internet advertising environment.
